Individual claims under the Parental Guarantee - further rejections 17 Oct 2010

Category: DAG Public News

Anyone who submitted an individual claim under the parental guarantee and has received a rejection since 14 September - or who receives one shortly - should submit an objection by 3 December.

It appears that what we understood to be the final batch of rejections of the individual claims made under the PG was not, and that some claims are still being considered (and rejected) by the Khf Winding-up Board. If you have received a rejection since 14 Sept, you will have been invited to lodge an objection before the next Khf creditors' meeting on 3 Dec. If you have received - or receive shortly - such a letter, you are strongly advised to lodge an objection using the form provided.

This information has not yet appeared on the Khf website, but is contained in letters being sent to those concerned.

It also appears that further rejections may be made after 3 Dec, in which case a further creditors' meeting will be held in April 2011!
